"I've spent seven years with Swift, six years the first time and I've been with them now just a little over a year. They have been fair and honest. I could not ask for more. There are drivers willing to work and there are drivers who want almost everything handed to them. Show a little incentive and you will be treated accordingly. Training videos and really good driver leaders can go a long way. Use your head, pay close attention to safety and you can make a great career with Swift."

"I have worked for this company for about 3.5 years and it has an excellent work environment.They give plenty of oppurtunity to learn and grow our skills. Headquarted in Belgium it has about 2000 employees spread around 4 to 5 locations."
