"there is an air of transparency but the system is highly political, judgmental and impossible to understand until it's too late"

"no appreciation, extremely judgmental and political, alcoholic/offensive workplace, lazy and casual employees"

"employee development, eliminate the drinking culture, push harder into foreign markets"
