"The program I was on was a field that I was incredibly interested in, so the day to day job duties were enjoyable. Making commission was easy for me"

"Honestly, they hire anyone that does not have a criminal background."

"It is the next generation of factory line workers. There is no job security, and they changed the commission plans ever month. No one was actually rewarded for doing their jobs well since they changed what doing a good job was constantly."

"Hire trainers that understand the subject they are teaching. Also, trainers need to be able to control a classroom."

"I had to do night shifts regularly which started affecting my health."

"Didn't feel pay was commensurate with the knowledge you had to have, and the abuse you can get from the customers."

"Cost of living increase, but that depends on the industry as a whole, sine companies like Sutherland compete for support contracts."

"keep a low profile 5 people there are supervisors and there is no room for anybody else"

"In 2007 SGS did not have a drug screening policy and I was threatened by a coworker twice with bodily harm.In 2009 there was a drug screening policy in place but a credit check disqualified me. Also a Supervisor at Turbotax announced that I was trouble."

"It was good in the past, social people, good working relation, salary increase every year, potential to grow with the company"

"Please find another place where you can make a difference in the company and were you are appreciate and you are not just a number in their payroll"

"Nice good people to work in the past, everybody who had 10-25 years of experience were first to go and the new hired were just family members or friends. Bad moral, no motivation, not anymore a friendly place to work."

"They are really no managers at all . Selfish and they have their own agenda, I don't believe they are managers born for this century. I would fire all of themthey brought the company down to the point of selling it. SHAME"
