"I've been a Sutherland employee for just a few months and am currently assigned to the Bright House Networks project. Overall the software is pretty impressive but there is definitely room for improvement."
"I worked in the Windsor site for Sutherland Global Services since August 9, 2013. I did 6 weeks of training to become an AT&T Mobility Customer Care rep since it was its newest program. I got fired on January 31, 2014. In training you are never told about an app you have to assume and get people to use, never told about ACE scores. This is a horrible workplace to work in. Managers don't care about you, they mentally abuse you and insult you whenever they can. Never work for this company!"
