"Provide more training to understand the software better. More meetings to share any of the upgrades."

"I like all of my coworkers, and there is often free food."

"Be prepared to constantly be overpromised and underdelivered to, and be prepared to do the same to your clients. Also, be prepared to have tools that never work."
What don't you like about working at ShoreTel?
"The constant micromanagement and desire for the agents to be mindless phone jockeys."

"I would restore the open and laid back culture of the company."

"I loved working with my team and supervisor. I loved helping the customers with any computer problem they had."

"Be yourself."
What don't you like about working at State Farm Insurance?
"There were a lot of system incompatibility problems that should have been handled quickly but were handled poorly, time after time. Being a tech, I could not use my own knowledge to fix problems I knew I could fix, because we had to go by outdated scripts and procedures that where slow to get changed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your employees, and pass the information along to the analyst."
