"Shoretel is yet another valley company. It's impossible to make any generalization."

What don't you like about working at ShoreTel?

"Cubicles replaced with low-walled worker pens make concentrating on work a challenging task because of noise and distraction from a foot traffic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ignore all MBA-s who believe multi-person worker pens are better then offices. It's better when people can talk directly to each other then being forced having meetings, when they need to have just a brief conversation."

"I like all of my coworkers, and there is often free food."

"Be prepared to constantly be overpromised and underdelivered to, and be prepared to do the same to your clients. Also, be prepared to have tools that never work."

"The constant micromanagement and desire for the agents to be mindless phone jockeys."
