"As a call center it's not that bad. The best thing about the job are your coworkers, they're all very friendly and get along well. Having to talk to customers all day gets tedious fast but as an entry level job It's one of the best places I've worked yet."
What do you like about working at Stream Global Services?
"I liked the atmosphere, the camaraderie, and the feeling you're doing something important. Several times a month they would have Employee Appreciation Days which things like hot dogs or nachos and cheese. Management (for the most part) was fair and supportive, and that's obviously very important . I never had a problem with any supervisor at all."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be yourself, and realize there are better companies than Stream. Much better."
What don't you like about working at Stream Global Services?
"I started at eTelecare in March of 2006. Stream Global bought out eTelecare October of 2009. I remained with Stream, but they changed the pay structure and took away a lot of bonuses and incentives we were getting. Reducing everyone's pay was one of the first things they did. When Stream took over, they promised everyone a raise in June 2010, but then said they couldn't do it because of the economic climate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more responsive to the needs of the agents. Pay needs to be increased as well."
