"Over all it was a good place to work, But I had trouble helping customers over the phone with devices I was not really knowledgeable about. It was for Apple and although they gave us some training with the subject I had never used any of the devices before and that made it difficult sometimes to help customers."

The Client wanted an 85% top box return (8 or 9), I did not meet this goal for the month, and was terminated, although I resolved most customers issues."
