"50% discount on shoes. 40 hour work weeks. Not too demanding."

"Don't expect much. Expect change daily. Expect to be told one thing by one manager and a different by another."

What don't you like about working at Skechers?

"Old computer systems. No email. Only faxes and the intranet. The company has a return and exchange policy but doesn't follow it at the store level. Managers aren't backed up by the corporate office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the store managers. Make the sale signs clear to the customers."
