"I am always interacting with customers on a daily basis which gives me a better insight of how to better the next experience for the customer on their next visit to Starbucks. Also, I get to see how a business works behind the scenes and what it takes to make a business grow as a team."

"Completely remove the position of DM, they are a waste of time, money and space. They come into the stores and get in the way because many of them have been hired in and know nothing about the business that they are trying to run."
