Unfortunately within its infrastructure division, it's acquisition of Paladin Attachments has been a challenge. Paladin Attachments' Inside Sales division is understaffed and utilizes antiquated processes and operational standards. Management is unwilling to innovate or take risks to improve aspects of the job."
