What do you like about working at Staffmark?

"I enjoyed the clients that I supported. I enjoyed putting people to work and helping them. Some of my co workers were great to work with. Others you could tell they didnt care and were only there for a paycheck."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"None. Other then if you do not want a monthly bonus then go work there. If you want to work for good managers and recwive a bouns go to another company."

What don't you like about working at Staffmark?

"I did not like the management. It seemed like no one knew their job. The receuiters had to do the job of the branch manager. There is no bonus for the people you place. Instead it is based on other stupid stuff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn how to do yout job. Stop talking about other people so much. Learn how to sell and learn what it takes to make your branch a success instaed of making your recruiters jobs so hard all the time."
