"There is a lot of turnover. I think that should be warning enough."

"I disliked the cookie cutter mentality - too scripted and micromanaged, and difficult to feel like you can have your own style."

"I think this is a great company to work for with a lot of potential for growth. However, staffing is a tough industry with a small ROI. Be sure to do lots of research."

"The commission structure is not very favorable and should be more transparent."

"Improve commission plan, technology, and empower Staffing Managers to think and utilize out of the box resources."

"The continual downsizing of the workforce since the Company was acquired."

"I don't have any suggestions for management. The management here is very supportive and open to the workforce. A refreshing situation."

"Be positive this is the right environment for you. It is extremely high volume, long hours."

"This was not a very team-oriented environment. It was very micro-managed and high volume."

"The company is the best in the industry. They really commit to your career and training you. You work very hard at RHI, but those who work hard typically make a lot of money and have a great career!"

"Only interview for RHI if you want to work hard. People who are not hard workers complain all over the web about RHI. This is a sales culture that pays a lot of money and gives you a great career path!"

"What you see is what you get. You get a friendly culture where everyone pulls for one another."

"I don't have any suggestions for management. They are here to make everyone better, and that's what they do."
