What don't you like about working at SOS Staffing?
"My manager from the Corpus ChristI location did not know what she was doing at all!! Terrible management by her and her direct report because when I called to her manager to report trouble my location in Pharr about the business, I was fired. I was left to run the entire location with only 2 days of how to use the company hiring software..I ran that office with NO support and was also asked by her to lie to her boss and say everything was fine. Worst management ever but the company could of really made lots of profit if we had a sales manger and start up assistance and training...SOS Staffing thumbs especially to corporate but management experience I had was horrific...and I lost my income and career opportunity over this absurd mis-management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More skip level meetings. You should be able to call upon upper management when one of your companies site is tanking."

"The atmosphere and ability to make as much money as you can."

"The cold calling."

"Hold everyone to the same standards."

"Clients - way overrated, spend your money elsewhere. Candidates - don't rely on them as the only game in town and don't feel bad if you don't get a call."
What do you like about working at Accountemps?
"Not one thing. They micro manage completely and are very very money motivated to the point of doing anything. Very bad experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Remember you only get one chance. Make it your best. You have to be a 1A (appearance, personality, intelligence) dressed to the nines with a degree or cert with lots of experience (work, computer). Kiss a lot of butt and say your prayers. Have a great resume too!"
What don't you like about working at Accountemps?
"The team would sit there all day long and talk about how much money they were going to make. Way too much back biting and gossiping. Couldn't quit stabbing each other in the back and arguing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They tried a lot of things with no success at the office where I was at. Short of cleaning house and starting over - nothing. They do rely way to much on their computer programs for stats and information - it makes EE's robots and wastes a lot of time. It's ridiculous! Lots of other recruiting companies think it's funny."

"Lighten up a bit. You're one of the best in the industry. Don't be so hard on your employees; that is why they all leave."
