"The fact that as a small business there wasn't too many benefits."

"Other than offering benefits there wasn't anything else that I would suggest."

"It's a franchised organization, so while we all collaborate and work together, each individual office can create its own unique environment."

"Its all about personality. Recruiting and Staffing is a relationship building business. You should WANT to be a part of peoples lives and companies."

"Sometimes the smaller offices are not conducive to growth, I have hit the ceiling."

"I havent given it much thought as to what I may do differently."

"Need more contacts and diversity. The more work they find for me, converts to more money for them!"

"By acquiring more accounts, and diversity there in, puts more money in their coffers."

"I liked that I was helping people find jobs. That warmed my heart."

"A world wide company will have it's way of doing things, and will be very strict."
What don't you like about working at Randstad?
"The micromanagement, no freedom to be myself, wearing a tie."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the role of the staffing consultant. Take out some of the administrative stuff and focus on the people skills stuff, recruiting, interviewing and sales are the important things, and take out the administrative stuff."
