1On a routine day, there is a mass exodus of competent employees. About 30 employees per month quit or just leave. They are fed up. The management creates policies and procedures which only really apply to the non-local employee pool. The two obvious set of rules makes it practically impossible for anyone to do their job. This situation is perfect for the local member of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian community. For them, this is the ideal job. They can do whatever they want, whenever they feel like it. The local community member is usually only terminated because of a positive result on the drug test. Not for showing up late every day or not doing their job. Working here is like being part of a crazy drama TV show. It gets old really really fast.

1.3Massive amount of games always favoring the inept ruling class community member employees at SRPMIC. Large amount of organizational sponsored bias against non-community members, including other nation members, Navajo, etc. High amount of hypocritical policies and procedures that promote inept employees to get positions and promotions they genuinely do not deserve. Highly qualified employees non community members leaving all of the time, it’s amazing. A constant turn style of employees being hired and then quitting because they are so disgusted and fed up.

1.5I really dread going to work. There is no leadership. They cannot keep promises. Extremely poor communication. Among the employees, there are excessive rumors & gossip. Good employees are constantly quitting. Employee turnover has skyrocketed. Everyone is stressed. Toxic employees are always causing problems. There are no long term goals or plans. Progressive discipline is their form of punishment. SRPMIC is a genuine nightmare that should be used in classes around the USA as a method "not" to be running any organization.
