"On a routine day, there is a mass exodus of competent employees. About 30 employees per month quit or just leave. They are fed up. The management creates policies and procedures which only really apply to the non-local employee pool. The two obvious set of rules makes it practically impossible for anyone to do their job. This situation is perfect for the local member of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian community. For them, this is the ideal job. They can do whatever they want, whenever they feel like it. The local community member is usually only terminated because of a positive result on the drug test. Not for showing up late every day or not doing their job. Working here is like being part of a crazy drama TV show. It gets old really really fast."
