"Worked for SCE for 4 years. Saw high level of cooperation between functional groups, in the face of having to meet the challenges of regulators' requirements. Not often easy to be promoted from within in some areas, so felt that career would not be advanced significantly. Good company leadership seen in some divisions."

The pay and benefits are competitive and yet you find many nonmanagement personnel moves around the company frequently because it is hard to move up in certain departments. You have to wait for someone to retire before a management position opens up. It is a great starter company for someone fresh out of school."
