Submit a Review"I enjoy working crafting solutions to support customers and the opportunity to work with early released software and hardware products."
"I love the ability to resolve complex technical issues, assist team members with finding quick solutions, working with advancing technology, and work in a fast paced environment. The things I do not enjoy as much about the position occur when noticing breakdowns in training occur. These breakdowns have some agents not following through with the proper customer service skills to resolve issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hold each division accountable to bigger goals and change up your middle managers. Move them around in terms of divisions and don't be afraid to let people work remote. Don't let proximitey limit you. Mid-managers that have been there for 10 plus need to be held accountable to growing business in new ways and inspiring their work force to be inventive and results oriented."

"Be prepared to move laterally, and that's it. Turnover is very high."
What don't you like about working at Reynolds and Reynolds?
"It is stuffy, dry, and they do not care about employee morale at all. We are micromanaged. When we travel we must clock in on land lines to prove we are at a dealership. There are keypads on every door so they can track where you are in their office building. The administrative work is scrutinized and is a waste of time... a lot of time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They do not consider the customer or the consumer, who is the driving force to keep them in business. They upset their own customers to increase the bottom line in the short run."
