"The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is the leader in the automotive retailing industry in terms of solutions, but it also the industry leader in caring about their employees. In my time at Reynolds, I was lucky enough to be welcomed with open arms into this corporate environment where people truly care about the success of their peers!"
"Reynolds and Reynolds was a great place to work for a college part-time job. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the work I did was interesting enough to keep me occupied. The supervisors were great at keeping everyone on track with the tasks on hand but also maintaining a team atmosphere at the same time."
"Long time company in the Houston area focused on Automotive"
"Good company to work for."
"I worked for Reynolds and Reynolds for 1+ years. They are a global leader in providing end-to-end software solutions to power Car Dealerships. From accounting and inventory management to tools for sales, service and digital marketing. Whether you are looking for an entry-level job to gain professional experience or if you are looking for a place you can work for 30+ years this could be the place. They offer very competitive benefits packages and promote aggressively from within."
"I've worked at Reynolds since 2018. The company has good values, and the people are very nice. They recruit a lot of recent graduates, so it's a great place to start your career. Depending on your interests and the department you're in, the work can be somewhat uninteresting, and you may not feel fully utilized at times."
"Reynolds and Reynolds is a fantastic company with superb management. The atmosphere is casual, without feeling unprofessional. The culture may be my personal favorite part though. With regular outings, events, and parties, there are plenty of opportunities to experience Rey Rey outside of the office. Supervisors and managers are hired from within, so you always know that your supervisor was right where you are at one point. My only complaint is the entry-level salary; there are opportunities for raises and promotions, but the starting salary could have been a little higher. Benefits are good, but maybe not the best. As long as you aren't too sick too often, everything should be just fine though."
"I have worked at Reynolds for two years and in that time, I have found that the company does care about its employees. However, this same care falls short when you compare it to part time employees. The company provides adequate compensation and good company events. All of the employees are friendly and act as a singular team that has to accomplish their goal."
"I've been working for Reynolds and Reynolds since 2013 and have found the corporate culture to be fantastic. They offer plenty of extracurricular activities that are a great way to socialize with your coworkers and lead to a comfortable work environment. I also found communication with the higher-ups to be open."
"The benefits are nice and the on-site fitness center isn't bad, but everything else I've experienced is not very good. Base salary is way below average for similar jobs and the management structure is just a lot of overhead. The technology is extremely outdated for a development company and a lot of those in decision making positions are still stuck on old thinking and practices. The company needs some more open-minded management to help move the technology forward into a more modern environment."
"I'm fairly certain that none of the people in my department at Reynolds is happy there."
"Reynolds and Reynolds is a software company that develops solutions for car dealerships. They have multiple locations including Tampa, Fl and Houston, TX."
"5 stars for this employer."
"Mixed future. Some sections doing well, others being ignored. Company has deteriorated in last 5 years or so."
"Reynolds and Reynolds is a good company."
