Submit a Review"Actually the most I enjoyed being a Solutions Consultant was all the talk with the clients and offering quite well and excellent services. The part I hate is when the client judges all the software companies as equals, in that case I always try to let them know I offer better services and good solutions tools to help them, and the greatest services on the market."

"Abusive management. Punishes high performers. Rewards silent conformers."
What do you like about working at New World Systems?
"The majority of my colleagues are talented, hard working people who are great to work with. The pay wasn't bad."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have any other options, take them. Do not consider New World as a long term career option. If you take a job, keep your resume active, get as much as you can out of the job and then move on."
What don't you like about working at New World Systems?
"Management cannot be trusted. You cannot believe anything you are told by management. Outdated and oppressive work rules. The HR dept is a corporate gestapo. Constant upper management churn has created an unstable and negative work environment. Independent thought, innovation and indivualism is crushed. The only way to get ahead is to conform, be silent, never offer a new idea or stand out in any way. If you are a talented, skilled performer the company will suck you dry and leave your career to wither and die. No flex time. no telecommuting. No trust in employees. There are almost no vertical growth opportunities. Come work for this company and lose who you are."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As other posters have said, there is no point in offering any advice to managers. Any form of feedback or comment is viewed as disloyalty and ingratitude. If they were to listen to advice I would say they need to get a genuine HR department, all managers should be trained, and checks and balances need to be implemented to prevent rogue managers from running roughshod over their subordinates."
What do you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?
"I like what the company does for business, and I like what I do for the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You need to come in as a contractor and then find a permanent position while you are there. Most jobs require experience there."
What don't you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?
"I worked for a manager who did not like women. Not much anyone can do about that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get 360 feedback on managers, listen to it, and apply it. I know people on my team gave excellent feedback on the manager we had and nothing was done about it."
