"It wasn't always clear what my goals were. They could have done a better job in mapping out where they wanted me to be."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections."

"For other interviewees, prepare yourself, good outfit, company knowledge, appropriate questions."

"I felt I was not challenged enough at the job."

"The important thing is to manage the flow of information in your life. Information is power, and you can't do without it. Managing the flow is the key."

"I have developed my skill while with the company and I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for better growth."

"Need to have tracking of employee history (salary, raises, changes in title, etc).Growth should be based on the employee Skills."

"Leadership or lack of it, need to get the job done."

"Need better on the job training so new people to the job will not be so lost."

"Very green company, and the product they were producing was good."

"Pretty much just know your stuff. If you are being hired as a software developer just be able to answer simple programming questions."
What don't you like about working at Paychex?
"Everybody sort of kept to themselves. Nobody took any effort to know me while I was working there."

"None, there was nothing wrong with the management. The management was a hands off management."
What do you like about working at Raytheon?
"The people I worked with were pretty laid back. Also good perks."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Nice people. Veeeery corporate environment. Don't work there unless you're willing to sell your soul to DoD."
What don't you like about working at Raytheon?
"They never gave me a job to do. I felt idle for the entire couple weeks I worked there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was a contractor. They apparently expect much more of the contractors, but they never gave me a project to work on. I would have given new hires work more immediately."

"The growth level in the company is very minimum and it was a very small company with limited infrasturture"
