"The title is something that Google put on us as we didn't fit their requirements for a Test Engineer Level 3 (they claim to not have a Level 1 or 2). I performed the duties of a Software Test Engineer and what I love about it is being the customer advocate. I get to try to improve the end user experience. What I hate is the expectation that QA should find all the defects. That's impossible."

"Disorganization. Lack of leadership. Lack of structure. Lack of professionalism."

"The IT department is too big at this point to be self-organizing. Some structure would create less stress and more productivity."
