What do you like about working at ProKarma?

"I enjoyed the environment i.e people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I enjoyed every morning going into work I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community out reach with local organizations."

What don't you like about working at ProKarma?

"I have developed my skill while with the company and I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for better growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to have tracking of employee history (salary, raises, changes in title, etc).Growth should be based on the employee Skills."
