"I had no training to use the software configuration system that was in place, and then we did not use the features of it - checking out the code to lock it from others changing it, and code changes had to be redone when we overwrote each others changes. In addition, the base software I was performing maintenance on was done in a framework that was not explained or documented. I'd look for a better place to do this type of work with a more supportive team."
