"I enjoy my work and learning the new trends."
"I have the ability to choose what projects I want to work on. We manage our own time and our own work, but at the same time we rely heavily on our teammates to review, debate and improve our ideas and code."
"I had no training to use the software configuration system that was in place, and then we did not use the features of it - checking out the code to lock it from others changing it, and code changes had to be redone when we overwrote each others changes. In addition, the base software I was performing maintenance on was done in a framework that was not explained or documented. I'd look for a better place to do this type of work with a more supportive team."

"The company had a very relaxed atmosphere, and a lot of smart, humorous people to be around."

"Do not try to sound like you know more than you do. He can tell when you're lying."

"Certain people in the office, but that was not a huge issue."

"Tell your employees when they're doing something wrong a bit more quickly than last moment."

"They have to be hard-working and disciplined. Besides it is better to be punctual."

"So people are like a machine. No one can communicate with them."

"Manager should not jst only care about work. They are also responsible for their workers psychologies. My manager is a good example for this.He was always understanding."

"Very disorganized. Managers very poorly organized and very poor communicators."

"Talk and listen to the great people that they have hired. Get rid of corporate silos."
