"I did not like workking at npc."

"It was not a career type job,no benefits no room for advancement."

"It's a great company to work for."
What don't you like about working at Aldi?
"AldI have alot of inexperienced District Managers that makes the job more difficult than it really is.They change company rules and policies to fit their own expectations. I think the DM should be more experienced and actually have some sort of past experience. Straight out of college isn't good enough."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A manager should be professinal at all times. A manager should pose great customer service skills and should be a people person. A manager should be intelligent and able to conversate with all group of people. A manager should have the ability to coach his or her employees at any given time. All people or persons should feel comfortable to speak freely to the manager and should feel comfortable to express new ideal that would help improve work performances."

"The franchise I worked for did not have salaried assistant managers. So, advancement beyond a shift manager was slow at best."
