"Working at Pizza Hut meant working in a fun fast paced atmosphere. You typically worked with some really good people just trying to make a dollar. The hourly employees sometimes became like a second family to each other."
What don't you like about working at Pizza Hut?
"There was to much politics involved if you wanted a promotion. Talent and honesty did not seem to count for much."

"Do not forget the hourly employees are the ones that make a business successful. Treat them well and they will produce great results."

"Recognize talent regardless of the type of education. Leadership skills can't necessarily be taught and engineering degrees don't make a person better able to lead a diverse work group."
