What do you like about working at Nth Degree?
"Honestly, there was nothing good about working for this company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would stay clear if you have experience with well-run/profitable, forward-thinking companies as this one will leave you pulling your hair out."
What don't you like about working at Nth Degree?
"Nth Degree is not a forward-thinking/moving company. They are content to stay well behind in technology and do not 'own' their business, meaning, if you are a vendor, you can pretty much tell them what to do and they will do it. The upper management is unwilling and unable to allow their staff to perform the jobs they are hired to do and micro-manage every aspect of the business. They have a poor business model, segregating work amongst too many people. Also, they tend to put feelings ahead of the business and if you haven't worked for them for years and been friends forever, no matter your experience/knowledge, you are not trusted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Set clear expectations for your new employees, stop micro-managing every aspect of your business. When you hire someone with experience and knowledge, listen to them, trust them and be open to new ideas. Also, get training in how to assess/manage talent....I have never worked for managers that were so poor at managing the talent they bought in."
