"The location of the dealership and the lay out of dealership could be a bit easier."

"I would suggest to keep in touch with service advisors to make sure customers are taken care of."
What do you like about working at Harley-Davidson?
"For many years, I've been an avid motorcyclist, and working for Harley-Davidson, was my favorite job. I enjoyed not only the job, but the people and the culture of the business."
What don't you like about working at Harley-Davidson?
"The only draw back would have to be that some of the employees didn't share the passion of working there, and that tended to lower moral when trying to keep an upbeat postive energy in the company. But there's always gonna be people that don't fit within certain companies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I've worked for dealerships that hire/promote from outside, when there are clearly qualified employees that deserve to be promoted within."

"Knowledgeable tech's, clean, very presentable dealership."

"Not much, would have continued working there see suggestions for reasoning."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep your good employees when you have them!! Don't back them into a corner by moving around a good employee. Discuss any possible changes to get better feed back, don't give a choice of take it or your gone. Then to contact you 3 weeks later and offer you your job back, this usually will not fit right for any of your employees."
