"Be very leery he will make promises and not deliver......."

"The owner is very self- centered and cares about money only...he is very two-faced and will lie to you and the customer to benefit himself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Doesn't matter they wouldn't listen anyway......owner thinks he knows everything and will not listen to your suggestions and gets upset if you offer ideas that he knows are good..."

"the hours are really demanding and also you get burnt out really fast"

"I hope they can work out a better pay structure and to keep good workers happy at work"

"Cars are a large hobby of mine,so being around them just increases my knowledge."

"Be prepared to work hard for the minimal money. Don't be surprised if you're asked to work more hours than needed or not given lunch. Expect to get dirty even if you aren't supposed to."
What don't you like about working at Goodyear?
"The amount of work and things necessary to have the work complete up to company standards with a short staff is relentless. I find myself spend 9+ hours a day at work doing my job and working in the shop."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Automate a lot more of the paperwork, create more of a stress free environment."
What do you like about working at Ford Motor?
"Complete dislike working for this company. There was no team work."

"I would tell them not to come to work in this place."

"No team work. Employees did not care about customers. Managers seemed like they did not care."

"To implement more team work with employees so that a better product would be offered."

"I was not trained as I should of been. The service manager was also the mechanic. I believe he should of spend more time with me."

"Thay should give people a better chance. they went through 3 advisors before me, also they started the dealership in Dec of 2011"

"The pressure that corporate put on the supervisors felt overwhelming. The pressure caused supervisors to be too critical."

"I would have more employee sit downs. I would hear what the employees had to say."

"watch out after the roses and wine are gone. you will have a hangover and prick your finger on a dead flower"

"lack of verbal communication from top to bottom. management clicks"

"Grading the gerneral managers. listen to what other lower rungs of the ladder have to say"

"You get out not nearly as much as you put in. The pay is fine, but this is what it is."

"The commisssion pay, the long hours, the lack of business, and the daily wondering if I am going to make money."

"I really cant say. I think the show is run how it is supposed to. I would not be in this industry, that would be different."
