"Go somewhere else. You will not be happy here. Life is greener on the other side of the tracks."

"There is nothing good about working for Cummins Central Power."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get new facilities, the place is falling apart. Get proper equipmet for employees. a lot of unsafe work goes on here. no clear goals except make money."

"I liked my management that gave me an opportunity to advance in grow in the industry"

"Always be positive! This is a tough business to be in but if you have what it takes go for it!"
What don't you like about working at Toyota?
"The no smoking policy. I know rules are implemented for a reason, however."

"None, they are an awesome team. They did not do business how I would. I would always make my customers #1"
