"There was lots of opportunity for improvements in technology and processes."

"During the time that I was there, there was a resistance to change. There was a great deal of people in management positions with over 20 years tenure, and they were not interested in changing the way things were done."

"Be more open to solutions which could make the company more efficient."

"I advanced at every opportunity management gave me. These were the best years of my life and I was very sad to leave."

"Take advantage of Ford or any other division that you might have opportunity to work/interview for."

"How the economy came down on the big three, this was the most devastating years that I have ever witnessed."

"Hang in there and keep plugging away, this economy will turn soon and when it does, Ford Motor Co. will prevail!"

"Look carefully under the covers. It may not be what it seems."

"They lost site of the value of distributed work force and in the long run have increased rather than decreased expenses. They also gave no credit to those of us trying to reduce costs and increase efficiencies."

"Pay more attention to what made them successful"

"When the California data center was closed the Oregon atmosphere of the Oregon center went down hill rapidly."

"Not really a factor since First Interstate is now Wells Fargo"

"The UniVerse system will not be there much longer."

"They did not upgrade their computer system to GUI. Also, UHC is much worse to work for than MAMSI was."
