"At the time of my employment, I had reached a limit not set by the management, but by the industry itself."

"Keep doing what you're doing. Keep the hybrid family/professional feel going and keep overcoming the hurdles as they come. Try and maintain as fair of an atmosphere as is reasonably expected at a small company (even though you're growing and are no longer a small company)."
