"Lots of variety of work environments. Clients are diverse and you can imbed with clients."

"Their compensation processes are hideous and breed contempt for the company by its employees. They are poor stewards of benefits and are too concerned with the bottom line. Could be better at being competitive in the marked place with salary and benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of your people. Don't cheap their benefits packages, and pay them a fair salary for their work. Don't neglect those who have been on the payroll for a while by not bringing them to industry standards for the positions they hold. Spend more effort in retention policy and less on quarterly profit and loss."

"The company is almost too concerned with treating their employees well. If I had to respond to one more survey telling how I liked my training or work life balance or company function, I would scream."

"Involving developers earlier in the project process will help identify pit falls, help generate more meaningful requirements, and reduce the number of requirement omissions."
