"Just be honest, if this is the right place for you it's wonderful but if not they will send you down the road."

"Non-PhD holders are seldom if ever promoted beyond Principle Developer level. Management and architect positions are almost completely PhD filled. This is probably a natural result of being in the medical device business."

"The philosophy of being a barbarian (ask in the interview) is slipping away, beware that."

"There is now room for growth. My responsibilities are seldom challenging and hold very little meaning for me. I would rather be saving the world or at least a few lives."

"The people would come first. As a Christian charity each associate would be aware of how we are helping the community. I would provide the best health benefits on earth. A happy and healthy workforce is a highly productive workforce"
