Con: much time spent on architecture eats up my time for coding when I am playing both roles of designer and developer. Sometimes, non nonnegotiable constraints may bother me a little."

"In my office everything I felt is love. working with new comers or colleague is great because the working environment is really superb. The team lead, project -coordinator, QA team and developer team coordination is so cool, never felt you to much pressure.It's not actually hate but while being a senior developer I had to be there by any reason of QA or Management team depends on me. It used be a 2 days approx overtime in a week. And teaching beginners also many time screw me."
