"The three weeks of vacation to start was good. Other than that, absolutely nothing. Worst manager I have ever had in 32 years of doing IT work."

"the work is not very technical or interesting. the management team is sub-par in the technology area and an adversarial climate exists between groups at the firm."

"clean house by purging or demoting incompetent managers. raise standards when hiring programmers. technology team needs to work as partners with research so that they can build good technology and be able to support higher frequency trading rather than treating each other as enemies and bickering."
