"Prepare to be micro-managed."

What don't you like about working at MindLeaders?

"If you're in sales, you will be micro-managed, at all levels, regardless of your experience and talent. That being said, the moral level is very low unfortunately. Senior reps do not need to be micro-managed, that's entry level and you will not be able to retain quality talent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Choose your leadership, under the CEO, a bit wiser nest time. The environment is becoming very self destructive."

"Too much dotted line management, in many cases sales reporting was duplicated when reports were sent to various management which would reduce amount of duplicate effort on part of sales, thus freeing up sales reps for more sales."

"Reduce overhead management."
