"Nature of the business flow was feast or famine. There didn't appear to be a plan in place to optimize and collect the business knowledge of the division I worked for in an organized manner."

"Make supporting the pre-sales positions, specifically providing stable and supported configurable environments, a priority."

"Challenging and innovative work environment with a dynamic culture that changes daily. Assignments and projects allow creative thinking and individual accountability. The company philosophy centers around building deeper client relationships as a catalyst for sales growth."

"Come prepared to think like an entrepreneur. Enterprise B2B experience is a plus and looking the part is an important aspect of making a strong first impression. The CEO gets involved in just about every hiring decision."
What don't you like about working at Juice Media?
"Definitely need more resources. The workload is fairly balanced but the response to date is an early indicator of future growth. Without additional hands to assist with the workload, the enjoyable atmosphere could quickly turn to unproductive stress."

"Hire faster to keep up with workload. Put more investments in marketing support for sales efforts."
