"The freedom to perform my duties and the ability to help take care of the Single Soldiers of a Brigade sized element."

"It would be the same for any company, dress well and respect those around you."

"The command structure between our company and the military placed us under the department of public works. This presented issues in trying to resolve maintenance issues."

"Management always sought the welfare of the Soldiers and employees. It was just bad luck that the Army had to make budget cuts."

"I loved the properties I managed and the venders I communicated with."

"RUN! The owner is abusive, and culture is dysfunctional and the environment does not yield to advancement."
What don't you like about working at Cypress Properties?
"The culture was very dysfunctional, starting from the top down. Turn-over was at almost 100%. Only one person lasted longer than a year."

"To allow honest communication and for the employees to be allowed to take ownership in the company, the procedures and the culture."

"Very positive environment. Everyone feels part of the team. The senior management continue to make investments in things that help us do our job. The people at the top make us all part of the decision on a huge number of things."

"Show that you are a can do person. You need to be able to forge positive relationships with our Boards.. You also must be organizes and driven."

"Working in the condominium industry is tough because of the various Board personalities."

"They should keep up what there doing. They are definitely on the right track."
