"I have worked at Prudential since March 2014. In that time, I've seen them deliver speakers and messages about my personal happiness, send me home when they were worried for employees' safety, provide new chairs for all our desks, upgrade our cafeteria, and give us a market adjustment on our salaries to keep in line with the industry--not based on anything but staying competitive. They are concerned about their employees, they believe their people are their biggest asset--and they prove it time and time again."

"I worked there for many years. The most interesting thing to note, which no one talks about, is how frequently some of the leaders have shuffled between jobs with no significant accomplishments to show in any of the businesses they are shuffled from. There has been no cohesive strategy since Mark Grier and John Strangfeld left the company and they are left with financial engineers and non-insurance people to lead ( and destroy) the historical franchises for pipe dreams around higher stock valuations. Several of these "leaders" only care about their own careers and as a result fail the definition of leadership."

"I love what I do, and I love helping customers identify, understand and achieve their goals. What I do not like is the way that many other people have control over the completion of my job, who do not care and seem to look for ways to make things more difficult. I also am an island and getting help/support is difficult as best. Do not misunderstand, my company is a great company and they help millions of people. There are just shortcomings that make it difficult to be successful for me."

"I have worked at Prudential for a little over three years. It is a great company since it treated its employees with great care during the ongoing pandemic. They donated money and PPE at the height of the pandemic. It is a great company that shows empathy to its employees and is now remote friendly."

"I worked with Prudential from 2013 to March 2020. The company treated me very well and the people were all extremely friendly. I had a great relationship with most of my supervisors and they were open to help resolve most issues. It is a very large company so there were some struggles in navigating growth as well as getting ideas through the system. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend the company to anyone."

Our office is a fun place to work where everyone is ready to help each other while keeping the focus on their work."
