"Work/life balance is no longer a priority. The size of the company also leads to strict regimentation by necessity - I prefer a smaller organization."

"This company executives had no direction for growth or any intention of changing how they aproached the general contracting business."

"They need to have a better connection with existing employees, and sub contractors, subcontractors are the basis of thier existence, as well as the thier employees."

"Everyone was a gentleman and was concerned about the next one. People were knowledgeable and anxious to help you. The company was very efficient and promises were kept. The years I worked there were some of the best in my career."
