"Be people savvy, and open to learning about the business from long term employees. There are multiple lines of business with experts in each one who know thier product, and/or thier customers."

"The need for balance between client and strategic objectives in a way that could make both more successful."

"Increase an orientation toward ITIL, and CMMI to improve overall process oriented operations. I understand that this has occured since the time I was at Ceridian."
