"I would say that you really need to be a professional and be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. If this can be done, then your experience at McGladrey Capital Markets will be tremendous."

"I do not really like my position being absorbed into the parent company. However, I am assisting with the transition."

"Employee Management is heavy handed at best. Company has a constant revolving door that keeps staffing of IT at a low level of expertise and company is unwilling to pay for or keep IT talent."

"Arrange for a more steady IT budget that will maintain a well trained IT staff and treat them better."

"I don't like the short contracts."

"Be able to convert a contract person into a full time employee!! My team was not able to."

"I enjoyed the camaraderie that existed during the time I worked for Callaway Golf. My position was interesting and always changing. I enjoyed daily challenges, and appreciated the interactions with other departments."

"Be honest and comfortable with your own talents, and if you have what they need, you should do well."

"The Company has changed since I worked there and employee morale is noticeably lower. It appears that the stressful economic conditions have put a strain on the Company and the employees are at the mercy of cut-backs."
