"Make sure you get in writing the raise schedule, the corporate direction and the review process."

"Management has no idea how to grow and they never listen or talk to the workers"

"Go out into the office and talk to the employees."

"Be your self and be honest, explain to them how you could help them be innovative."
What don't you like about working at Nisbet Brower?
"Lack of vision, they had become so ingrained in doing things the old way they couldn't innovate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Help drive your people to think outside the box. See projects through to completion, don't half ass it just to get it done."

"I love my job, but the management is not allowing us the opportunity to grow or apply our skills in the proper way."
What do you like about working at Guitar Center?
"I work at the Guitar Center corporate office. I like the coworkers and the chance to implement a cutting-edge network across such a diverse collection of working sites such as retail, distribution centers, data centers, and corporate offices."
What don't you like about working at Guitar Center?
"The management and culture have shifted from the Whatever It Takes attitude, to the Get It Done and Fix It Later attitude. I am not given the freedom to perform my tasks at the level to which I am accustomed, and I don't work well when my name is attached to projects and implementations that aren't as I had designed, and subsequently are sub-par."

"Catapult was a place where you could master in various domaines if you are a hard worker who like to improve, tackle new learning environment, do more than what is in your queue."

"I don't know anything about anybody interviewing with this company. I find this online and i'm here applying hoping that I will be pick for this position."
What don't you like about working at Catapult Technology?
"Catapult is not in the habit to hire new tech to replace the ones that left. Our queue was always too full, affecting our productivity at peak time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put people at the right place, hire hard working people, motivate workers, send workers to training or pay for them to learn more ( schooling)."
