"I cant say anything about what I dont like at Dantzler as I really enjoy the company and the management here."

"Suggestions I dont have. Once the market for Lumber goes back to how it was before the housing melt down Dantzler will be doing the numbers it once did when I first started at Dantzler."

"The direction where the senior management was taking us. Everything was always in question (Policies, procedures, etc...)"

"I would look at the past and see what made money, and focus their attention on what worked. They abandoned too many projects which were proven beneficial to the company"
