"They are only interested in bottom-line revenue. Customer satisfaction is lip service and execs want cheapest (lower skills) help."

"They need an investment group to sell Avaya. There's no interest in people, and leadership should step down due to lack of confidence."

"Collaboration between individual departments could be better and not so centered on individual agendas. This often leads to duplication of work."
