"Management should listen to the professionals in their respective departments when everyone is trying to achieve the same goal."

"I like the opportunities I had to advance and work there for 22 years. The benefits were excellent."

"Brush up on behavioral interviewing techniques. Skills are nice, but ability to get along with others and work in a team environment are very important. Work ethics are very important!"
What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"Too many layers of management and higher ups (Corporate) were not attuned what went on in the field. Made decisions that were hard to implement at field levels."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Asked people in the field what they want and need. When ready to implement new changes, involve lower level so they can give input on affect to them."

"BDI interviewing style can be tricky for prospective employees. Be prepared!"

"Company size was too large for me. It was easy to get lost in the shuffle with 50,000 employees, and not realize advancement opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Identify and groom leaders early on, so that you can show them appreciation and developmental opportunities throughout their career. I believe this will help retention and allow Allstate to keep more top talent."
