"Brush up on behavioral interviewing techniques. Skills are nice, but ability to get along with others and work in a team environment are very important. Work ethics are very important!"

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"Too many layers of management and higher ups (Corporate) were not attuned what went on in the field. Made decisions that were hard to implement at field levels."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Asked people in the field what they want and need. When ready to implement new changes, involve lower level so they can give input on affect to them."
