"There is no honesty, no integrity, no matter what if Senior Manager or director say anything you have to agree to them even when they are dead wrong."

"Flexible hours when need. Ability to work remotely. Working with customers."

"If you are an individual contributor who likes to work alone, you'll be ok. If you prefer a collaborative approach to work, this is not the place."

"Ineffective management structure. Very individualistic work structure, not conducive to teams."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Implement peer review program. Implement recognition program for support personnel. Conduct personnel reviews on an annual basis for all."

"Project organization while dealing with big projects is a issue of concern"

"Change the roles of the senior people. Some of them are not in teh capacity of running or directing business units"

"I like the fact that everyone in my team is very talented and we can rely on each other to accomplish goals."

"This is a great job for an engineer. You won't be left hanging, people will always have your back, but you have the spotlight, when you get the ball you run with it as fast as you can without dropping it.If you want an easy 9-5 job to coast by... this is not the right place for you."

"I don't really dislike anything about the company, but the industry is very competitive and finding good talent can be challenging. I wish we would do more training to create the talent we need."

"It's not a stable company financially. Get your work contact with them before accepting a position."

"The CEO does not have good people skills and needs to be kept out of the customer interface."

"It was a relaxed yet very focused engineering department.The kind of work I did there was a cutting edge technology."

"Since the company is closing down this location (NH), I wouldn't advice looking for a job here."

"Nothing. I realy liked working there. It's a shame I have to move on."

"The structure of senior management with little face time with the managers that do not work at the site interacting directly with operations managers. The need to be precieved as politically correct versus technically correct."
